Notification of Non-candidacy from an incumbent - Town of Spider Lake

Public Hearing on the FY25 Proposed Budget: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Thursday, November 21, 2024 at 6:00 PM at the Spider Lake Town Hall, a Public Hearing on the FY25 Proposed Budget will be held. Immediately following completion of the Public Hearing on the Proposed budget, a Special Town Meeting of the Electors called pursuant to Section 60.12(1)(c) of Wisconsin Statutes by the Town Board. FURTHER NOTICE IS GIVEN that there are no provisions for certifying electors who are not physically present at Town Hall. Therefore, only the electors present at Town Hall will be eligible to vote on the levy. Immediately following the Special Meeting of the Electors, there will be a Special Town Board meeting for the purpose of adopting the FY25 proposed budget pursuant to Section 60.40(4) of Wisconsin statutes.
