NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Spider Lake will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, May 2, 2024 at 6:00 P.M. at the Town Hall, 10896W Town Hall Rd, Hayward Wisconsin, to consider the following: Boating Ordinance # 02-2024: An ordinance to provide safe and healthful conditions for the enjoyment of aquatic recreation and protect the natural resources, consistent with public rights and interests and the capability of the water resources. This ordinance is authorized by Wis. Stat. § 30.77(3) and will be adopted in the interest of public health, public safety, and welfare, including the public’s right and interest in preserving the state’s natural resources and wildlife. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Spider Lake Board of Supervisors will convene its regular, monthly Town Board meeting on Wednesday, March 13, 2024, at 6:00 pm at the Town Hall with Zoom attendance.
